Okay, so Liam Neeson's character, Ra's Al Ghul, died in Batman Begins. It was reported that Ra's Al Ghul would appear in the third movie, The Dark Knight Rises, but would be played by Josh Pence, portraying a younger Al Ghul. But it seems like Neeson was caught on the set of the new movie. Does that mean Ra's Al Ghul will return? DUN DUN DUN!

According to HitFix, Neeson was caught shooting a scene as Al Ghul.
"We've been hearing word that this film will bring the Nolan trilogy full circle in many ways, and if the word I've been hearing from the set is accurate, then that's not just a thematic promise. According to sources, none other than Liam Neeson was on the set of The Dark Knight Rises on Monday, shooting a scene as Ra's al Ghul."
Now, nothing is official. For all we know, Neeson's involvement with the third movie could just be nothing more than a cameo, or even a flashback (although Pence was already announced to play a younger Al Ghul). But hey, you never know. Yes, Al Ghul was killed in the first movie, but he's been resurrected in the comics before with the use of a Lazarus Pit, so it would make sense. Also, this IMAGE was taken not too long ago from the early sets of the film. You know what that looks like? A Lazarus Pit.
Makes me wonder, who hell is going to be the main villain? I thought it was going to be Bane. Well, I still think it's going to be Bane, but with this news, that might change things. But like I've said, Neeson's shooting could just merely be nothing more that a cameo.
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20, 2012.
