Microsoft has taken a lot of crap lately. Sure, people poked fun at them after their unimpressive Xbox One reveal, but it wasn’t until they revealed the console’s DRM policies and restrictions days before E3. At that very moment, Xbox loyalist quickly became pro-PS4, and just about every corner of the internet ridiculed Microsoft’s next-gen console. Well, just when everyone thought it was over for the Xbox One, Microsoft decides to do a complete 180 and become a little more like the 360.

A new trailer has been release, and this one gives a little more of the plot and action than the first trailer that released in April.

With E3 2013 wrapped up, we have seen each company show their best exclusive games, newest tech for next-gen gaming, and online services and extras that come with their systems. While Microsoft seem to have been outed by the gaming enthusiasts with the Xbox One due to their DRM policies, expensive launch cost, offline gaming incompatibility, and Kinect being required for use, their new features seem to be easily overlooked. Even amongst the controversy Microsoft has brought some of their exclusive third-party games to the table such as Killer Instinct, Ryse, and Titanfall to name a few. On Day 3 I had the chance to try out the Xbox One for myself and see how much has changed for the console, the controller, the Kinect 2.0 in action, and games demoed for the console.

Ever since I saw the first bit of footage from Comic-Con last year, I've been counting down to see Zack Snyder's take on the most recognizable superhero of all time. With each new trailer and video to release online, my anticipation only grew greater in hopes that this would end up being something up to par, or even surpass what producer Christopher Nolan's did with his Batman films. Well, it's here my friends. Kal-El has arrived on Earth and into theaters in a whole new, modernized take on his classic origins story. So was Snyder able create the masterpiece I was hoping to see? Sadly, he doesn't, and not by a long shot.
